I'm An Oldsmobile Man

In the heat of battle I wove a tapestry of obscenities that as far as we know is still hanging in space over Lake Michigan.

I hate Huntsville Hospital.

Diane had a physical that required lab work back in September. Somehow the paperwork, which should have been filed as "diagnostic" was filed "routine" lab work. My insurance doesn't cover routine, so I got a bill for over $400.00. I promptly called HH to tell them that it was filed incorrectly and needed to be refiled. I was told they would contact my doctor and have the paperwork recoded and refiled. Yesterday I receive a letter stating that they will be turning it over to a collection agency if I don't pay the balance within 5 days. So I call and explain once again that it was filed incorrectly, it needs to be refiled, and I have no intention of paying the bill. To make a long story short, they claim that they have tried to contact my doctor multiple times to get the form they need, and my doctor's office has told me that they have already sent it.

Just one of those things I'm waiting on today.

And yes, I'm calling them both periodically throughout the day until HH tells me that they have received what they need to refile.
