A First For Me

Well, I played trumpet for a funeral yesterday. It was another first for me. A dear old lady at our church passed away Thursday night. She was very active in the church and choir. Her funeral was held at our church and it was very music filled. She loved music and had made many requests of songs at her funeral. I was honored to have been a part of filling her requests. My prayers go out to her family in their time of loss.
